The Flow Coaching Academy (FCA) – an organisation which exists to enable healthcare organisations to continuously improve – has announced it is now taking applications for Autumn 2022 as its Spring cohort reaches full capacity.
This is an exciting opportunity for healthcare organisations and networks across the UK who have an ambition to improve how patients experience care, whilst building improvement capability in staff and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
Built from within the NHS, for the NHS, the FCA delivers a fun and engaging improvement training programme that develops the team coaching and quality improvement skills needed to harness the energy and ideas of staff at all levels to make positive change.
The digital action-learning programme combines live learning sessions delivered by expert teaching faculty, self-taught e-Learning modules and supporting activities that take place on the FCA’s Online Improvement Community.
The programme has a proven track record of enhancing patient experience, raising staff morale, developing leadership skills, and reducing the costs associated with delivering care.
Nick Miller, Head of the FCA Programme urges organisations “not to delay enquiring about the programme” after the team received a wealth of interest for its programme that is starting in May.
